Hi Team,
We observed an issue in ISC today regarding an access request that was submitted about a month ago. The first-level manager approved it only today, but the next-level reviewer did not receive an email notification, even though the request is visible in their approvals queue.
Could this be due to the long gap between the submission and the approval?

No, We are using OOTB email templates.
have you seen emal logs like failed?

Nothing like failed. But I dont see email logs being sent for that request.

If the email logs are not seen at all, its clear the notification is not triggered at all.
You may have to check if the email notifications are configured to trigger at the correct stage of approval.
