Adaptive-Approvals issue

We are experiencing an issue with Adaptive-Approvals. We have a workflow that contains a Parallel approval with Manager and a Governance Group. When someone submits an access request, the approvers receive emails, but when they go to ISC there is nothing in their approval queue. Approval Management shows the pending approvals. We reassigned one, and experience the same issue where the user can’t see the approval request. This was working normally prior to March 2nd, no changes have been made to the Workflow.

We have submitted a Customer Support ticket, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue?

We’ve seen this odd / buggy behaviour in the past as well. It’s something flaky on the approval reassignment side of things (internal on ISC). Ticket is the way to go.

I’ve seen bellow upcoming enhancements post and it stated that backend migration and mixed behaviors starting March 2. Additionally, changes to approval assignments/resolution. However, I’m not sure though it does call out your exact bug. This is just what I’ve seen and wanted to share.

This issue typically indicates a disconnect between the Workflow execution state and the Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Task Service, often caused by a backend processing delay or a mismatch in how parallel branches are being “joined.”

The requests that were submitted last week never showed up in the approval queues, and we had to manually approve/reject them. Requests from today are showing up in approval queues. Still waiting on a resolution from Support, but I am guessing something was fixed on the backend.
