For the last two years, we’ve made the decision as a team not to allow job postings within the developer community, as we wanted the developer community focused solely on technical discussions and not be tainted with such topics. As the community has grown, though, so has your needs and requests. We’ve seen a growing number of community members reach out to us, saying that they’re looking for technical team members and if we know anyone, if they could make a new post, etc.

To address this, we’re announcing the Developer Community Job Board category: #job-board

New posts to this category are moderated by our team, so nobody (recruiters, bots, etc.) can spam our forum, or submit low-quality job postings. Each new topic in this category will be vetted by our team to ensure that they provide a high-quality job posting, that it’s relevant to you all, and that they follow a clean and consistent format.

We’ve also given this category a very significantly lower search priority than every other category here, so it will never clog up your searches when searching for technical discussions.

So, if you’re have a position open on your team and you think that next great technical team member may be here waiting, or you know a great job out there that the developer community might want to see, we encourage you to submit a new job posting to #job-board!

If you find yourself wanting to keep an eye for new jobs related to SailPoint Development, be sure to click the bell at the top of the category and choose “Watching First Post”.
