You may maintain unique SYSTEM-LOGIN-ID for each system user. can you provide more details to check regarding the same.

@gogubapu While requesting the access for one of the Direct Connection app. getting the above error.

They can make access request, but they will fail because of “XYZ” (Direct Connection) app account either has a block or another identity is using the same network ID in AD

Hi @MADHAVREDDY,

Aggregate source account before requesting access to user, check the account schema attributes change accountId flag to system- login-Id attribute, then try.
