In this session, we explore a modern, API-first remediation model that combines AI-driven decision-making with SailPoint’s extensibility capabilities. By integrating a custom web application built with Next.js, the ISC TypeScript SDK, and the ISC MCP Server, we demonstrate how policy violations can be analyzed, resolved, and even automated—without replacing governance controls.
Attendees will see how an AI-powered policy-resolve agent can interpret policy intent, compensating controls, and correction advice, then safely execute remediation actions such as entitlement add/remove requests. The solution supports both interactive and scheduled automation scenarios, offering a practical blueprint for organizations looking to modernize policy enforcement while staying compliant.
