We have a Workday Source as authoritative source connected to SailPoint ISC and there are some users in Workday which are kept as confidential hire.
The requirement here is when we aggregate Workday accounts, all the accounts will show up in ISC but we have to aggregate the confidential hire users only 1 day before their start date.
So how can we acheive this, can anyone share the idea or solution if you have worked on this?
Not quite what you are looking for, but you could pull them into ISC with everyone else, but only create their accounts on T-1 day by creating a Role based upon their confidential attribute

Have a look at the account filtering. Im not sure this will apply to workday sources. But you can have a look at this.
During aggregation, it will filter out the accounts based on the condition.
