Advanced Analytics Report Export Empty (Headers Only)

Hi All,

We are using the Advanced Analytics option to export data. After applying the required filters, the search results are displayed correctly in the UI. However, when we click on the Download option, the exported Excel file only contains the column headers and no data.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Thanks in advance.

I know there was an issue with downloaded reports in 8.3. I told someone to upgrade to atleast 8.3p2 and that was supposed to fix it. Here’s the link to that post: Advanced Analytics Search Report CSV Results Format

Did you update sailpoint recently??

This could possibly because of the large dataset you are trying to process. try ways to reduce this count. Test the same search with fewer filters or a smaller dataset .Check IIQ logs for full stack trace
