I have created a search report out of an Advanced Analytics Query for Entitlements. I plan to schedule this report to run monthly and email a CSV file of the results. When I run the report, the report results are shown in a PDF format. I can press the .csv button at the top to save the results as a CSV file, but the format of the CSV is wrong. It has repeated headers and random cells that are not the data from the query. It seems to have converted the pdf version of the report results into a csv. It contains an extra header with ‘creator’, ‘scheduler’, and ‘creation date’ on its own line, then another line with the headers from the query data. The headers from the query data repeat every 5 rows, and sometimes get misaligned. I need help in resolving this so that the report can be properly used.

I believe you are experiencing this issue.

Issues Resolved - IdentityIQ 8.3 Patch 2:

IIQSR-745   
      Identity Search reports downloaded as CSV no longer have repeated headers with 
      misaligned column data.

8.3p4 is the latest patch for your milestone. It’s probably worth looking at doing an upgrade.
