tried by using the new browser, clearing cache, restarted the server, logging in the Incognito tab and retried to export the data, and still getting the same issue.

@PrakashV Please check network logs to see if underlying API calls are failing, that should give us some directions.

As an alternative, please try the User Details Report, as it is similar to your current process. Additionally, perform a full identity refresh with only the necessary options enabled, and then check if the issue persists.
