Currently, certification campaign reports have Account Name in them, but not Account ID.
This creates problems if Account Name is not unique.
Say you have 2 users
Account Name: John Smith
Account ID: JSMITH1
Account Name: John Smith
Account ID: JSMITH2
In the report, there is no way to tell them apart. Very problematic.
Solution
Add a column for the Account ID to all required reports.
