AD Error - The filename or extension is too long

Hello All,

Does anyone of you had similiar error coming from AD sources?

Exception occurred while executing the RPCRequest: Errors returned from IQService. Client authentication failed with error - The filename or extension is too long

Cluster and IQ service reset didn’t help. Any ideas what filename or extension could it be?

Hi @radoslaw_klimkowski,

This one is a global issue, you will need to re-enter the credential for IQService.

That will resolve the issue.

We raised a support ticket for this, they suggested below:
