AD test connection failed - RPC request - Filename or extension is too long

I’m trying to set up IQService on my tenant(the test connection works if IQService is not configured).
When I perform a test connection I get this error…

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Things I’ve tried:

  1. Uninstall & Install of IQservice.
  2. Enabled Win32 long paths

This error is already identified here Troubleshooting (sailpoint.com)

You must Cross check the encrypted entry (different password) and verify they are not empty… Specifically your IQservice client name and password.

Hello @703hardik ,

Can you try creating a new AD source in your sailpoint ISC tenant.
I had also faced similar issue, creating new AD source resolved the issue.

Thanks for your reply.
Tried the steps mentioned in the Doc but it didn’t work.
Had to make a new source, and then the Test connection issue was resolved.
