I am facing below issue while I try to test connection after enabling TLS.
I am using self signed certificate as i am testing this in sandbox environment.
Hi @simplymanish - Are you using the FQDN for the Domain Controller? Did the test connection work without TLS? Have you tried with the DC IP address?
Tried with both and it fails. I have checked that VA is able to resolve by IP but not by FQDN.
When you say the VA can’t resolve FQDN - I would suggest you’re going to need to fix that. Can the VA ping the DNS server? Are you using separate Forest (GC) and Domain (DC) servers? Without DNS, you’re going to need IP address in both.
Thats not the case actually. It seems that there is some issue with certificates.
I have added the self signed certificate in IQservice server but now its says that it is not trusted and I have imported it to VA as well.
Do I have to install it on Root Trust Authority then import it to VA?
Have you got the test connection working without TLS?

I see that VA is unable resolve DC and IQ Service dns and we cant login with root credentials so how can we fix that?
