I need to monitor AD account creation by sending mail to the admins whenever the user creation failed on AD.
How can i achieve that using workflows?
You can accomplish this using Search as well.
Use a simple search query like "name:“Create Account Failed” and add your source name also to the query. You can then save and subscribe this query and send out the results to the admins.
