Hello, please below details
1.Verify Service Account Status
2.Test Directly from the VA: Use network troubleshooting tools (like ping and nc) from the VA’s command line to ensure it can communicate with your AD domain controllers on the necessary ports. A successful test here confirms the VA’s local connectivity is fine
@YMDasu WADR, have you read the OP?
Hi @Caio_Nakayama Hard to diagnose as it sounds like misconfiguration on the ISC side. I can only suggest double checking your forest and domain parameters.
The strange part is that the configuration seems correct, the source even appears as healthy:
But the test connection still fails, and provisioning fails too, with timeout:
Have you got a GC configured in forest settings?
Could potentially be DNS resolution issues trying to resolve the forest name via an SRV record. Try adding a known GC server to the forest settings.
