Active Directory Entitlement Aggregation Warning - Orphaned Task Result

Hi Team,

In Production Tenant, upon Entitlement Aggregation for Active Directory source we are getting below warning - orphaned task result with no job in progress

We are not getting any details on this warning in ccg logs, can anyone help us on this issue?

Our Group Search DN in source config is - objectCategory=group , as we have to reconcile all group objects in IdentityNow.
We tried to bump up the aggregateTimeout to 1000 seconds but still we are getting this warning.

Can you please send a screenshot of your Group Search Scope? Something like this:

Additionally, just to confirm, your LDAP Search Filter should be wrapped in parenthesis. Like this: (objectCategory=group)

Hey Zach,

Here is our Group Search scope, requirement is to bring all the group objects present in that domain. Tried with parenthesis in the filter but facing same warning

preferably in sandbox first =)
