Did you checked network connection from VA to IQservice, VA to AD, and IQservice to AD?

This issue may face if you IQservice machine firewall blocks the access, you will get timeout error in UI and VA.

You may search windows defender firewall with advance security in you IQservice machine, then check inbound rules, try to create new rule with specific ports you’re using for AD, then try test connection in your tenant.

On the installation that I did last week, one of the certificates had become corrupted and therefore was useless.
Have you tried inspecting the contents of your certificates on the VA?

As it a sandbox environment certificates are not used.

Connection from ISC is getting time out. But VA’s are able to connect to the DC.

Try to remove IQService configuration from AD source and then Connect, if successful then there should be some issue with IQService otherwise with VA.

Seems that there is an Issue with DC. Ports are opened. Seems that Connection is not stable.

IQ Service is not the problem.

Any pointers?

It’s bit funny :smiley: but after restarting the DC server connection was established.
