We have created a new Sanbox environment where we have added the VA to IdentityNow but it keep allocating Sailpoint reserved IP’s.
I also see somehow VA is getting connected and we have added the workday as well but our Active directory is not getting connected and time out request getting failed.
VAs should be in same network. Does VA is able to connect to any of DCs? Try to do ping test and check. Is LDAP port (389) open? IQ service is not mandatory just for test connection.

Go to the VA → do a ping to the Domain Controller configured for Aggregation. If it works fine do a telnet on the port 636(SSL port) or 389(non ssl). Let us know the results
