Accounts are not showing in the source accounts tab

Hi Team,

Accounts are not showing in the source-> Account tab, We see that aggregation is getting success and we can see count also , However, Accounts are not loading in the source.

Please find below screenshot for ref:

I tried reset the source from postman but accounts showing are null.

Any idea on this issue?

It looks to me like the result of your query doesn’t contain the attribute in the schema setup as the account name and account id. If that is the case, ISC cannot display those accounts properly.

I see that Account ID and name is already setup in schema.

Yes, it might be setup, but is it pointing to the correct attributes? I.e. is the name of those attributes the same as what would be returned from the query? The names are case sensitive!

Hi Sai,

It can be a temporary issue also. I have seen this issue when there is large number of accounts. But this was automatically resolved after sometime.
