Hello,
I am not seeing account status (enabled or disabled ) and other account attributes in the history tab. It shows just Application, Identity and Full Identity. Is there anyways we can get account status and attribute values in the account at that time.

What version of IIQ are you using? If you get a chance, 8.4 introduces Access History which may be the feature you are looking for. It shows a historical timeline of changes that have been applied to the user, albeit from when 8.4 is installed. Unfortunately it cannot backfill this info at this time.
