Account Aggregation deleting Accounts

Hi All,

We’re planning to use a custom source as our HR source of Truth in IDN. When I trigger account aggregation through UI (optimized), it is detecting all the accounts but deleting ~30-50% of accounts. When I trigger unoptimized aggregation through API, it is creating all the accounts. Any thoughts on why this would happen would be really helpful. I haven’t even started using this source in Identity Profile yet.

Welcome to the community @gadiparthiv1. To better help us understand your situation, can you please tell us what type connector you are using to connect to your HR source? Is it JDBC, Web Service, flat file, etc?

Hi @colin_mckibben - I’m using web service connector. Attached screenshots of aggregation results for reference.

If you haven’t already, please raise a support ticket. Support has the tools to look at your source configuration and logs to identify the root cause, which is not something the community can do. If you do find a solution, please share it in this topic so others may benefit from it later.
