Do escalations take in account non-business hours like weekends/holidays? If not, is there a way to account for those days?

Hi @austin_alexander,

In IIQ we have time period and the same is leveraged but in ISC we do not have similar configuration where we can define the time periods.

I don’t see anything that indicates accounting for weekends/holidays. I would just set the daysUntilEscalation attribute higher to account for it.
