I’ve configured workflow to have 2 levels approvals. 1st level is manager 2nd level is owner of Ent/Role/AccessProfile. Now for some ents owner is not configured, in this case workflow is assigning 2nd level approval to diff identities each time. anyone know fallback approval mechanism if EntOwner…

Hi @KrishnaReddy ,

This is expected behaviour of ISC it is assigning 2nd level approval to any of SailPoint admins in your tenant
