Project Description
Our OwnIT project tackles critical pain points in enterprise access governance by streamlining the experience for four key personas: Owners, Delegates, Approvers, and Reviewers. Today’s systems are fragmented, opaque, and manual—leading to high operational costs, delayed decisions, and poor user experience.
We built a centralized, intuitive interface that empowers each persona with the visibility and control they need:

Owners - can now view and manage entitlements, roles, access profiles, and governance group memberships, approval workflows, access history etc—all in one place. They can easily download access holder lists and history, reducing dependency on operational teams.

Governance Group Owners gain clarity into their owned assets and can manage group members directly. Our solution also maps where governance groups are used across the organization.

Delegates(assignees) benefit from clear visibility into work-reassignment schedules, Scope and delegator information.

Approvers can see all areas where they’ve been assigned approval responsibilities, improving accountability and decision-making.

Reviewers are equipped with filters, bulk actions, and contextual insights to make access certifications faster and more accurate.
By eliminating manual handoffs and surfacing hidden dependencies, our solution reduces ticket volume, accelerates workflows, and enhances governance transparency.
