Zoom Connector Issues

I have issues with the Zoom connector below.

  1. In the source, when I see it shows Not responding, it runs successfully when I run the account aggregation.

  1. When requesting the Zoom entitlement Basic or Licesed, it fails with the below error. Immediately, when I run the account aggregation, it will run successfully.

openconnector.InvalidConfigurationException: [ InvalidConfigurationException ] [ Possible suggestions ] Verify the provided API Key and API Secret. [ Error details ] Invalid access token.

  1. After some time, when I tried to request the entitlement, it would create an account, but it would be in a disabled state.

Is there a way to fix these two issues?

Any help on the issue?

Based on the message, “Verify the provided API Key and API Secret”, I would be inclined to ask whether your key and secret are valid, but since it creates the entitlement, I would think that it is.

What happens when you select Test Connection?

What do you see in the connector logs when you get this error?
