I am working on a WorkItem Details Report in which I have to filter the workitem based on the specific keyword in the value or entitlement value.

I have created this report using the java code through SailPoint API but I need to create a LiveReport of IIQ. Can you anyone please guide me to work on this report.

Hello @Jadhikary

You can create a LiveReport for WorkItem object Type and Filter datasource.

There are some OOTB Live report present you can check those example and configure it based on WorkItem object.

Please try using that and let me know if you need any more help.

Do you want to filter in description of Workitem ?

either entitlement name that is requested or the value which is requested.
