I’m trying to use the workflow trigger “Access Request Decision” to fire a small workflow off based on one of 2 access profiles being selected. I’m struggling with the testing part of it as everything seems to be valid and working in webhook.site and test workflow calls, with my filter,
however just trying to get it show up in webhook.site when an actual real access request is approved, the event isn’t even setting off an unfiltered test event subscription. When i just generate a test subscription in the UI i do get a post to webhook.site. but when an access request is approved in the system, i’m seeing nothing fire for this same subscription.
Is there something about this trigger that requires more than just an AP approval to fire? doesn’t appear that way in the documents.
