What problem are you observing?
When you try to import a workflow from JSON that was created on another system you get the following error:
Workflow error: “error creating token: request failed: 404 - {“messages”:[{“localeOrigin”:“DEFAULT”,“text”:“Auth user associated with ownerId 3021e68df9a7200135725c6331369a21 does not exist”,“locale”:“en-US”}],“trackingId”:“fd35c33c06c44a11bfd9ed1bd488f1d0”,“detailCode”:“404 Not found”}”.
What is the correct behavior?
The import should ignore users (creator, modifiedBy) that don’t exist on the system and use the current user as creator.

The issue affects SailPoint Support when they try to import the workflows attached to support tickets and they don’t know why the import is failing (just encountered this).
The issue affected also users with more knowledge about the system. They created the export and had to modify it afterwards to correct the issue after user said they can not import it:
