Workflow executions: unclear what time selection does

Dear SailPoint Team,

I am not sure how the time selector in the workflow execution list works precisely.

If I select the current date and a time, it seems that the hour that I select selects two hours (e.g. from 9AM to 11AM), not just one (from 9AM to 10AM). Is this the desired behaviour?

If I select a date and a time, and afterwards I change the date, but keep the time as it is, the selected time is ignored.

When I select a time interval and a time, how is the time being used to constrain the interval?
Is it 2024-04-20T9:00 till 2024-04-30T9:00 (local time)?

Best regards,
Andrei

Thank you for notifying us of this issue. The engineering team has confirmed this is a bug and they have created a ticket to work on fixing this (PLTWRKFLW-4539).

This has now been fixed.

Hi @colin_mckibben, I’m not sure what it was actually fixed, for me the selection doesn’t work properly.

Example:

I have to repeat my question from my initial post, as I don’t quite understand the logic used behind the scenes:

When I select a time interval and a time, how is the time being used to constrain the interval?

Hi Andrei,
Sorry, this still isn’t working for you. I’ll make sure Colin takes a look at this when he comes back from leave. If this is urgent, please submit a ticket to Support.
