Workday SaaS Connector - Terminated workers are not getting aggregated

We have setup a workday SaaS connector. When running full aggregation, all active workers are getting aggregated. But terminated workers are not getting aggregated.

Tried setting this value to zero . That doesn’t help.

Are there any other parameters that needs to be changed/updated to fetch the terminated workers?

Setting the Termination Offset to 0 will cause the connector to not bring in any Terminated users. If you set it to 365, you will get all the terminated users in the last 365 days. Just keep in mind that this terminated users will drop off the Aggregation if their termination date is older than the offset.

If you want all the Terminated users, get the Termination Offset to very high number. Something like a 1000 more than the number of days you have had Workday. For instance if you have had Workday for 10 years, you would need to set it to more than 3650 to get all the Terminated users, so I would probably do 5000 so that you don’t have to update the setting for a few years.

Thanks Carl. That works.

I got confused with this (Aggregation Settings) . May be that’s vApp based Workday connector.
