Workday delta aggregation not working properly

Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?

Version 8.2

Share all details related to your problem, including any error messages you may have received.

When we run delta aggregation for Workday, SailPoint is not detecting the last change made to the ON_LEAVE attribute on Workday. However, SailPoint is able to read the change to this same attribute through a full aggregation.

We are able to confirm the following:

  1. The business processes were fully completed on Workday.
  2. The IDs of business processes are included in the ‘Delta Aggregation’ section of the Workday application.

Any help / suggestions would be appreciated very much. Thank you.

Greetings

I have considerable experience with Workday and have done at least a dozen integrations. The ON_LEAVE field coming from the OOTB XPath is unreliable. This is because the data can have multiple records and in order to determine the actual leave status, you have to read them all in and determine if any of the leave records is an active record. From there you also can determine whether the leave is paid or unpaid and get the reason for the leave. I have a standard implementation to determine leave.
