Workday Connector Issue: Phone Number Change Leads to Duplicate Primary Phone In Workday

Hi Team - We have the workday connector with the below configs.

When a user’s already has a phone number and their phone number changes, the connector is behaving like below.

Previous phone number is not replaced. Instead a new record is created with type as landline but primary=0. Old phone number still stays as primary. This is causing confusion as if the user has both phone numbers assigned to them.

My phone number is in the format → +1 xyz-xyz-xxxx & this value is being synced to workday.

Please let me know what is going wrong here causing the modification to not work as expected.

am assuming your workday is auth source, so check the following:

1)have proper transform that validates or replace existing one and adds new
2) also check in account schema you have selected this attribute as multivalued, if yes remove multivalued.
