Hi,

I’m facing the below issue while running the Crawler Task with Windows File Server configurations.

ERROR 7/24/24 12:09:41 PM Failed - Timed out 1 crawler(s) because they did not produce new BRs for 3600 seconds. Traversed 34099 BRs up until the timeout.

Any pointers would appreciated!

Hi @VinodC,

you can try to increase the timeout and number of retries. Also, you can check the Rate Limiting on target, maybe you are overcoming this limit.
