Windows Domain Account Deprovisioning

Hi Experts,

I recently installed the latest IQservice [Dec 2023] version, When I tried domain account , local account deprovisioning, I see the following error in UI.

when I checked in IQtrace logs, I only see the following logs.

can someone help on this?
