Hi @sandy_2025 ,
have you recently upgraded the tomcat version ? can you downgrade to tomcat 9 version and see if it helps.
refer the release notes for 8.4 - 8.4 IdentityIQ Release Notes - Compass
check for supported platforms section to know more details.

Hi Sandeep,
Definitely I agree with Vindo.
Based on the logs, it appears that the IIQ application is running on Tomcat 10.x. However, IIQ 8.4 is only supported on Tomcat 9.x, so you should use Tomcat 9.x instead.

I just reviewed the release notes. Should I use JDK 17?
Currently using JDK 24
yes, you need to use JDK 17. we have to follow based on the release notes (supported platforms)

finally I did it with
openjdk-11.0.17
MySQL 8.0
Apache Tomcat 9.0
