Why Custom user levels it is not showing in Entitlements

I’ve configured a custom user level, but I don’t see that access level appearing under the application entitlements.

I’ve had this issue before and I think it’s a bug.

I’ve found a workaround to get the entitlement to appear properly and use it in accessprofiles/roles.

  1. Create the custom user level
  2. Assign it directly to a user (any user) through their identity cube page.
  3. Perform account aggregation on the IdentityNow loopback connector source.
  4. Go check the identities entitlements (should see new custom user level) and find the ID for the custom user level.
  5. If you search the entitlements page by the custom user level ID, you should see the custom user level appear and you may need to set the name properly.
