I am new to SailPoint and have just started preparing for the IdentityIQ Engineer Certification Exam. I have read about the certification on the official site, but I’m still not completely sure which topics are most important to study in depth. As a beginner, I want to plan my learning path properly. Can anyone please share which areas I should focus on the most? For example:
How much time should I spend on workflows and rules?
Is aggregation and provisioning a big part of the exam?
What level of hands-on practice is needed before attempting it?
I also came across Pass4Future while searching for IdentityIQ Engineer Exam practice questions. Has anyone here used their IdentityIQ Engineer practice questions? Are they useful for understanding real exam patterns, or should I focus more on lab-based learning? Any advice or suggestions from those who have taken the exam would be really helpful. I’m trying to build a solid foundation before diving into advanced topics.
As per my experience of the exam. You should focus on lab learning. Questions wont be pure theoritical. It will be based on each module listed on the Syllabus.
Yes is use official SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer resources for exam preparation and for IdentityIQ Engineer Practice Questions i select Pass4Future IdentityIQ Engineer Exam Practice Questions.
Hi @allanwalker999, Personally, I don’t recommend using any exam dumps as a preparation source. They’re usually in a grey area with the exam NDA, and in the end they only train you to memorise answers instead of really understanding IdentityIQ and how it works in real projects.
The safest and most useful approach is still:
Official SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer materials and docs
Product guides / technical manuals
Hands-on practice in an IIQ lab
Have a nice and great one and good luck in your journey!
