Hi Team,

We are getting the error message below when attempting to perform a test connection in our WebService connector.

Does anyone know how to refresh the token for this connector?

Exception occurred in Test Connection.Url: https://resource/learning/oauth-api/rest/v1/token, Message: 403 : Forbidden, HTTP Error Code: 403

Hi Marvin, so is possible to discard that error is on IDN connector. Web Services owners can look at their logs and see why this error is returned? perhaps it could be an error on web service side, or call has something that ws does not like
