Webservices:Entitlements not populated in accounts report

Hi Team,
I have a source Crowdstrike to be onborded to Sialpoint, Able to pull accounts and entitlements but the entitlements are not getting populated in the accounts report. I have defined the accounts schema and entitlement type as well.
Please help to identify the issue,

In Entitlements Types, map the “roles” as “Entitlement”.

Can you please share the screenshot of response mapping in Account Aggregation?

Hi @nandiniks,

In your Account Aggregation call, are you getting the output that contains users and their mappings to roles.? You can check that in Postman with the same GET call, if not already done.

If yes, do you have the Account aggregation response mapping to the roles schema attribute.?

If yes, you will need to look in the Response information section to check if you have configured the correct root path.
