Web Service Delete/Disable Account

Hi Team,

Has anyone of you encountered an error like this?

I check the capability of the service account we are using and it has the delete capability. Not sure why it’s still giving me a 404 error.

Hope someone could help me out.

Does the api support ‘disable user’?

Error you are getting in Postman is not same as what you got in ISC.

I would test the API call in Postman first, and then replicate the same in Source config

It supports the delete user so but in the HTTP Call I’m using Disable account as the Operation Type because whenever I use the Delete account I’m getting another different error.

In that case I would go back to postman and the credentials being used to get it working prior to updating the connector and after reviewing the application api documentation.
