I have a question regarding certification signoff rule. Can we do some kind of validation when certifier signs off the cert and provide some kind of alert message if not validated. and after that let them make changes on the decision.
I think the CertificationEntityCompletion rule is exactly what you’re looking for. The signoff approver rule is for routing the certification to another user so it can undergo additional levels of review.
Do you have a sample rule where we can do a validation. For e.g. if a particular entitlement is approved/revoked, we provide them with some alert msg
Your IdentityIQ installation has sample rule files that may have something. You should be able to find them under WEB-INF/config/examplerules.xml.
