Hi @PriyankaPriya - a few starter questions:
- Does the CCG version show up to date?
- Have you restarted the entire VA?
- Is this happening on only one VA or multiple?
You just need to wait for few hours for latest container updates and then all services should restore to healthy state. If you still having issue best would be to contact SailPoint support team.
Hi @PriyankaPriya, CCG version 1255 needs more resources, and low RAM is often the main reason for canal restart loops.
Could you please confirm the VM configuration (CPU and RAM) for both VAs if possible?
Solution: Since we’re using network tunnel, had to download and install the SSL keys to the VAs
