VA accessibility issue

HI,

We have deployed a On-prem VA machine which is not accessible from other networks via SSH and ICMP. It’s working fine in same network, might be due to some hardening. Firewall command also not working.

Team has followed the SailPoint documentation to install and deploy the SailPoint VA.

Can anybody suggest something on this issue?

Is there a configured route from the other network to the network gateway where the VA resides?

Also is the firewall allowing port 22 to this IP or subnet range?
