i have a oracle web services connector. I’m having an issue when I click on an entitlement the identities list doesn’t show next to entitlement details. but when I click on a user then the entitlement the list of user assigned to that entitlement shows.

As I can the there are two different entitlements here .
Identities List will show on Entitlement Detail page only if At least one identity holds that respective entitlement .
Please Check if EDM 02 (Production) - Users Entitlement is assigned for at least one Identity.
As of my understanding , you are viewing entitlements from two places :
Admin → Access Model → Entitlements → EDM 02 (Production) - Users: in this case you can view identities list if that entitlement is assigned to identity.
Admin → Identities → Identity Cube → Access → Entitlements → EDM 02 (Production) - Users : in this case you wont be able to see any Identities List , as this just Entitlement Data for that particular Identity.
Please help me understand the scenario If I am misunderstanding the query .

Hi I’m seeing both from the source. one that shows the identities is Admin - connections- source- accounts- click on a user- click on an entitlement - then the user list shows.
where the identities aren’t showing is in Admin - connections- source- entitlements- click on a entitlement- the user list doesn’t show.
when I go to access model - entitlements it shows identities. but it doesn’t show all the users assigned to that role. example the EDM 02 (Production) - Users should have 11 users but only shows 5 users when I click on the identities
please let me know if you find something. I will do the same

Could you please tell me if the Number of identities that are showing at both the places are same ?
As per my observation , you are viewing user-entitlement , which is account entitlement , but not identity entitlement . Even if the account holds entitlement , it shows up in the entitlements only if this account is corelated. Once please check if all the accounts are corelated and see if any identities are having multiple accounts corelated on the same source .
In the below picture a user account is holding entitlement :
But in the identities list , we can see the account’s identity didn’t showed up as this is uncorrelated account .

i see the fix for the not all identities not showing in account entitlements since all of them are not correlated. do you know why the users arent looking when I go Admin - connections- source- entitlements- click on a entitlement- the user list doesn’t show.

If I understand correctly - In the current UI, if you goto admin->connections->sources->source->accounts->account name->entitlements assignments->entitlement you will see the entitlement details and the identities tab. I believe this is by design.

so I cant see the user list in admin->connections->sources->source->entitlements->entitlement?
That’s correct you will only see the entitlement details
