I am getting this error while doing provisioning into SAP GRC i am not getting it . The user i am requesting for have both userid and email still facong issue

- Verify that the user already exists in GRC (if this is an access request rather than account creation).
- Ensure there are no missing mandatory attributes required by SAP GRC beyond User ID and Email.
- Review any attribute mappings or transformation rules configured on the SAP GRC source.
- Check for provisioning policy validation errors in SailPoint.

kindly help with the exact error and for that I would say that as having a User ID and Email populated in the source profile is often not enough if the outbound request formatting or backend configuration is wrong.
A common issue could be data issue exists in the identity profile but missing from the actual provisioning plan.
It is service account which is.doing provisioning in GRC which need user-defined and email adress. The second one (email) is usual cause for this. Email adress needs to exists on SAP account for provisioning to work.
