*Hi All, we have a requirement to provision SNC name for new SAP GRC accounts, we have added SNC name attribute in our Application Schema and implemented a Create policy to do so and its successfully provisioning. However, we are facing an issue in identity requests where it gives an error “*This request timed out waiting for verification of one or more items.” even though the attribute is provisioned and status is committed. Since SailPoint is not able to verify SNC name is there a way we can verify it to mark the overall status of identity request as “Success”.
yes, even after multiple aggregations it’s the same, it never completed the verification and due to this identity request status shows Completed with failures.
