Our version of SailPoint in our testing environment utilizes a custom form to re-enable a user if that user is disabled due to their password expiring. But, when the form is completed and goes the the approval process, the birthright into the domain is not given completely. When I go in to see why using the debug under the request object field, there is a temporary error given which I am attaching now. Furthermore, we have a task that runs every hour to check to see if any users account and access need to be sunset. This task and rule always disables the account again. Please see attached screenshots for more information. I am also going to share the 2 workflows used. Let me know if you can help me resolved this issue.
