Uploading a document in Sailpoint to view later

I have a scenario.There is a client of mine who signed NDA with us. But I want to upload all of those signed documents in IIQ and want to view later. Is there any possibility that i can upload and check it out later in IIQ.

Any suggestion will be helpful.Thank you

As far as I understand that, Attachments only work on single identity access requests no bulk/multi-identity requests. If you just want the signed NDA sitting against the client’s record for reference, independent of granting anything this feature isn’t the right tool, and IIQ generally isn’t a document repository.

as already stated, IIQ is not a DMS :wink:
However, I understand the need to upload single documents and have them bundled with certain (LCM) requests.

Have a look at this thread:

I also remember that SSF was providing such kind of feature in the past but was not able to find it anymore.
Maybe you want to also check on that.

@70daadca52466159b25a266a11e514f Could you please specify when you say you want to upload and check later.. do you want to store this in server or in database?

Also is this the NDA for the project between you and your client, not associated with access requests, right? then it should be a one time activity.. you should be able to place it in a server manually and read it using a plugin.

With the same reference above mentioned by Neelmadhav, you can build simple plugins and acheive, the data reference can be stored in the plugindatabase.
