Prior to the upgrade from 8.2p3 (with Accelerator Pack 8.2) to 8.3p4 (with Accelerator Pack 8.3) the e-signature with Okta was working. Now that we have updated in a testing environment, IIQ no longer prompts for the Okta e-signature, but the access request is approved.
Does anyone have any experience with Accelerator Pack e-signature working with IIQ 8.3 where e-signature was released?

try to recreate the application, maybe something gone wrong during the upgrade or, most probabily, the application template for 8.3p4 is different from 8.2p3.
Also, you can consider to disable the AP and use the Rapid Setup, to meke you come more clean and simplify the lifecycle, but depends on what you used and it is fatibile
The fix for this issue was to set "alwaysUseBasicAuthElectronicSignature” to true in System Configuration
