Update account attribute not working properly

Hello everyone,
I’ve updated the value of an attribute on a flat file account via the API. While the account attribute shows the correct updated value, the corresponding identity attribute - mapped to this account attribute - becomes blank after the update.

Does anyone know why the identity isn’t able to read or sync the updated value from the account after the API call?

In order to solve this we would need some more information:

  • What attributes are in the schema of the flat file source
  • How have you mapped the attributes in the identity profile
  • What does your API call look like to update the information

Do you have a one to one mapping with account attribute and Identity Attribute ? Can you please share the screenshot for the same?
